Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) will be processed and shipped by the next working day. Orders placed after 14:00 (EET) will be shipped within 2 working days, subject to payment clearance, stock availability, and order confirmation. Please note that during peak seasons, it may take an additional day to process and ship your order.
All orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability. While we make every effort to ensure the availability of our products, we reserve the right to run out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you by email. Our company reserves the right to request further proof of the cardholder’s identity. If your card is not accepted, you will be informed, and your order will be canceled.

All item prices shown are excluding shipping costs. Shipping cost is added to the price at checkout. We use ELTA Courier and BOX NOW for our local deliveries within Greece, BOX NOW for Cyprus and DHL Express or FedEx for our international deliveries.
